I;m Back!
Yay.. finally after almost 1 month or so, I finally got to go back at 8pm.. which was indeed a luxury.. For those of you whom don;t know, I normally knock off at 10pm and by that time, there are virtually no more cars on the street and all the shops are normally closed by then. ( yes Hsiupin, I am still very much alive and well, thanks)
So, since we had 2 hours extra for dinner, we headed to Guan Jian Jie for dinner. And since John wasnt around, the only fluent 'puhdong'/english person, i had to take up the task of ordering. thank god the menu was in english and there were lots of pictures on it.. but the highlight was,
me to the waitress: Yoh yau mee fan ( i want white rice)
waitress to me: Nie puh sheh chiau liau chau fan? ( didnt you already ordered fried rice?)
me to waitress: shierrrr, than shier yor pah puh kou cheir... ( i am afraid it wont be enuff)
waitress to me: Puh yau lang fei something something something( i thinks he was saying dont waste food)
which was indeed true, cause the portions were huge and there were so left overs.
alrites, gonna watch Lau Yon Chee, F.R.I.E.N.D.S.!
ciao!
